Broccoli salad with Tofu nature

Ingrédients

  • 1 Broccoli

  • 1 Apple

  • 1 block of lactofermented tofu "nature" Sojami

  • 1 red onion

  • 50 g roasted sunflower seeds

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Wash the broccoli and cut it into pieces.
  • Peel the onion and the apple and cut them into small dice.
  • In a salad bowl, place the cut vegetables, the tofu previously diced and the sunflower seeds.
  • Prepare a vinaigrette with the garlic, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and season the salad.
  • Mix and serve immediately. Enjoy your lunch !
