Pan of leeks, white cabbage and duets of Sojami tofus

Ingrédients

  • 700 g of white cabbage

  • 100 g of leeks

  • 100 g of Plain Sojami Tofu

  • 100 g of Tofu Sojami Tamari

  • 10 g of margarine

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

  • 1 tbsp of Sojami Vegan Sour cream

  • 1/2 tsp of salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Wash the leeks, cut them in half lengthwise then slice the white cabbage
  • In a saucepan, melt the margarine, add the olive oil, salt and pepper, then the vegetables. Cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes
  • Add the diced Tofus, a spoonful of Sojami Vegan Sour cream. Simmer again for 5 minutes.
  • Serve immediately.
