Light tofu tamari salad

Ingrédients

  • 200 g of Sojami tofu marinated in tamari

  • 100 g of arugula

  • 50 g of radish

  • 1 tsp of apple vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp of mustard

  • 1 tsp of tamari

  • 1 tbsp of olive oil

  • 1 tsp of toasted sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Wash and drain the arugula
  • Cut the radishes into slices
  • Cut the tamari tofu into cubes
  • Prepare a vinaigrette with the vinegar, tamari, mustard and olive oil
  • Fil the plate with the arugula, radish slices and tofu cubes
  • Season with vinaigrette sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy your lunch !
