Apple Pie with cinnamon and Sojami Vegan Sour Cream 



Total time




  • 300 g of flour

  • 200g of margarine

  • 4 apple

  • 1 egg

  • 1 packet of dry yeast

  • 1/2 pot of Sojami Vegan Sour Cream

  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

  • 2 tbsp of ground almonds

  • 1 tsp of ground cinnamon


  • In a bowl, mix margarine, flour, egg, Sojami Vegan Sour Cream, vanilla sugar and yeast until you obtain a homogeneous paste
  • Divide into two balls, cover one part with cling film and place in the freezer for 10 minutes
  • Spread the other part of the dough in a cake mold
  • Wash and dry the apples and cut them in a bowl. Squeeze them to extract the apple juice
  • Cover the dough with the apples
  • Take the other ball of dough out of the freezer and spread it in pieces on apples
  • Bake at 200°C for 25 minutes. Then, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon
