Okara Tempeh and Garlic & Herb Sojami Bagel

  • A pack of Sojami Okara Tempeh (125g)
    A pack of Sojami garlic & herbs
    2 onions
    1 avocado
    100 g of sprouted onion seeds
    2 bagel breads
    2 tbsp of olive oil
    1/2 tsp of salt 1/2 tsp of pepper
    1/2 tsp of ginger
    1/2 tsp of cinnamon


  • Mince the onion, fry it in olive oil for 4 minutes, add the spices
  • Cut the Tempeh into small cubes, and add them to the onion. Cook for 5 minutes
  • Cut the avocado into thin slices
  • Spread each half of the Bagel with Sojami garlic & herbs
  • Add a layer of avocado slices, then one of diced Tempeh with onions, and one of sprouted seeds
    Close the bagel
