Bowl with tofu nature and vegetables

Ingrédients

  • 100 g cooked chickpeas

  • 100 g of Sojami plain tofu

  • 100 g of mushrooms

  • 1 red onion

  • 50 g cherry tomatoes, cut in half

  • 1 green pepper, cut into pieces

  • 1 tablespoon of tomato puree

  • 1/2 teaspoon of cumin

  • 1/2 teaspoon of paprika

  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • Clean and peel the mushrooms, then cut them.
  • Peel the onion and mince it, dice the tofu.
  • In a bowl, combine the cilantro, paprika, tomato puree, cumin, oil and salt. Add the chickpeas and half the onion
  • Toss the mushrooms with the remaining onion, a little chopped cilantro, vinegar, salt and oil.
  • In a large bowl put 2 to 3 tablespoons of each mixture, the diced Tofu, and the cherry tomatoes. Season with a vinaigrette. Have a good meal !
