Chocolate fondant



Total time




  • 200g chocolate chips

  • 100 g vegetable margarine

  • 150g agave syrup

  • 50g wheat flour

  • 50 g powdered hazelnuts

  • 50g of almond powder

  • 1 pack of sojami vegan sour creami

  • 3 eggs ou 150g of tofu nature Sojami


  • Melt the margarine with the chocolate over low heat and mix well.
  • In a salad bowl, work the plain Sojami sauce with the agave syrup and the eggs.
  • Add the flour, hazelnut and almond powders, mix well.
  • Add the melted chocolate to the preparation and mix until you obtain a smooth and homogeneous paste.
  • Pour everything into a mold that is previously buttered with margarine.
  • Bake for 15 minutes (thermostat 200°C)
    The fondant at the end of cooking should remain slightly moist.
