Ingrédients

  • 200 g of Sojami Tofu nature

  • 100 g of wheat germ

  • 1 clove of garlic

  • 1 tbsp of chopped fresh chives

  • 1 tbsp of chopped parsley

  • 2 tbsp of olive oil

  • 1 tsp of paprika

  • 1 tsp of turmeric

  • 1 tsp of cumin

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Instructions

  • Mash the tofu with a fork. Put it into a bowl.
  • Chop the garlic.
  • Add the wheat germ, herbs (garlic, chives, parsley) and spices (paprika, cumin, turmeric, salt, pepper).
  • Mix with your hands, you should get a soft mixture.
  • Form balls (size of a walnut)
